"Claiming" a Listing: It is possible that your establishment is already listed on our site, but that you did not create the entry (e.g., it was added by one of our community members in order to leave a rating/review). In that situation, if you would like to make that listing your own to maintain, edit, and upgrade (as its "owner"), there is a button that you can use within the listing to "Claim" that listing. All listing claims are reviewed and decided by site administration.

Giving Yourself a Favorable Review: Please do not come into our community and rate and review your own establishment, and/or try to use our site's ratings & reviews functions as a promotional tool or PR vehicle. It is an offense to our community, in that it dilutes the value of our community members' impartials ratings & reviews and openly insults the intelligence of our members and visitors. If you are tempted to post a fake review of your own establishment as though you are an impartial and unbiased patron, please stop and first consider the potential negative reflection upon your establishment, weighing the percevied benefits of a fake review against its potential ramifications and the resulting perception of your establishment in the eyes of our site visitors and members.

Handling Negative Reviews: If you are the "owner" of a listing, and one of our community members leaves a negative review of your establishment, you do have the option of responding to that reviewer, using the link provided for that purpose within the review. In addition, you are always free to encourage your own fans & supporters to visit this site and leave reviews of their own positive experiences.
