Nice dinner experience

I read the reviews that were there, and respectfully disagree with the one reviewer's comments about the dress code. Although I've seen some people a little more casual - it's usually business attire.

| Pros | i personally like the varied look of the Stony Hill Inn. I've been in a few of the rooms and have also been to catered events there. Went to an anniversary party that the food and service were great. Stick with the specials, and you won't go wrong. |
| Cons | I agree with the reviewer who said to avoid holidays there. It's also a bit pricey, but I think you expect it walking in. |

Stony Hill Inn - pass

| Pros | beautifully appointed historic property; buildings that have been added over the years blend in; pleasant staff |
| Cons | Overpriced for what you get - I don't expect to be served the vegetable of the day "family style" - frozen small ears of corn on the cob - save it for the shore! Dress code is non-existent - short sleeve shirts and flip flops abounded - no more "men must wear jackets" - quite a disappointment. Food way too salty - this is usually done to cover up a myriad of epicurean flaws... |
